Now that we have a new platform, we have the ability host an actual blog as part of Wings’s Web site. This gives us an opportunity to bring you much more detailed information about Wings’s art, including both the silverwork and the photography.
We’ll cover a wide variety of topics, including silversmithing techniques, materials used, comparative information about gemstones, symbolism in his art, and even a little history (or a lot). The point is to bring you more personalized information about his work, presented on a global scale, than I’ve been able to do except on a one-to-one basis with each client up until now.
I’ll update as regularly as time permits, and try to keep the topics and issues fresh and interesting. For now, we have a great deal of work to do editing the site and taking care of glitches in the new platform, so please excuse the mess, take a look around, and enjoy yourself.
