These are from Wings’s personal collection, acquired through pawn or trade, name of artisan and stone alike now lost to the passage of time. From the brilliant emerald green color (darker than it appears in the photo) of the stone, coupled with its bright gold-colored matrix, it’s likely Manassa turquoise, a beautiful stone from Colorado known for just this color.
