Ollas, or water jars, are an ancient part of Pueblo life. This miniature version, by Wilson Appa (Taos Pueblo), functions equally well as a small cup or storage jar for small items. Gently shaped with a wide, flared mouth, its unpolished finish reveals the glittering mica throughout the clay.
