In this place and season, winter and spring share space and time, until at last we witness the last snow in a new light, vanishing beneath its golden glow. This coil bracelet is Wings’s tribute to the unsettled weather and capricious conditions of this threshold season. At center rests a single giant freeform barrel of dendritic Montana agate, its color a glossy, rusty, fiery orange dotted with snowflake-like inclusions of purest white on one side. It’s framed by textured sterling silver saucer beads and sunny golden rutilated quartz barrels, both of which frame additional segments of glossy white onyx spheres. Freeform yellow opal, neither round nor oval but puffy and gemmy, lend their pale lustre to the anchor segments of the strand, lengths of fabulously chatoyant golden tiger’s eye alternating with smaller saucers, all ending in quartets of rough-cut squares of Hill Tribe fine silver.
