“Bonfire Beneath a Harvest Moon” Earrings. $175.

Fall mountain nights, crisp and clear and cold, were made for a bonfire beneath a harvest moon. With these earrings, Wings brings moons and flames and the bright shades of pumpkins and Indian corn into an alignment connecting the autumn earth and sky. Focal beads at the top are red-orange fire agate, like a blood moon swirled with white; at the bottom, blood-red sardonyx, translucent and banded with fire. Anchor beads at top and bottom and separators leading toward the centers are all formed of impossibly glossy freeform amber rounds like diminutive pumpkins. At the center, sleek barrels of golden-hued yellow quartz are flanked by tiny diamond-cut sterling silver spacers, more amber, and faceted rondels of luminous high-grade rainbow moonstone, like slices of moondust at either end of the night sky. Beads are strung on lightweight sterling silver round wire. Earrings hang 3-1/4″ long, excluding wires (dimensions approximate). Designed jointly by Wings and Aji. Earrings coordinate with Aspens Ablaze necklace and The Sparks of a Scarlet Sunrise coil bracelet. From the Fire series in Wings’s new collection, The Autumn Elementals (all pieces shown below).
